The 2012 Yuba-Sutter Fair is in the makings.
Our dates are August 1 through August 5, 2012.
The theme for this year will be: YUBA-SUTTER FAIR ‘Summer Fun!’
We are requesting that all the vendors participate in the theme this year. There will be a contest and awards given again this year for best decorated commercial/concession booth, most friendly employee, etc. So get involved and make this year’s fair look even better than last year!
We are also requesting that all vendors find ways to reduce, reuse & recycle (i.e. use recycled products & only hand out flyers to interested parties to eliminate them ending up in the trash.)

Set-up days:
Indoor/Outdoor exhibitors and concessionaires may begin setting up, Monday and Tuesday, July 30th & 31st, 9am-8pm.
All exhibits must be completed by NOON, Wednesday August 1st.
Exhibit MUST remain in place until Sunday, August 5th -12 Midnight.
THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All Concession and Commercial exhibitors: Please complete the dimensions where required for Concession Units, Stock trucks, RV units and electrical requirements. This information is crucial to plan our layout. If you do not supply this information you will not have a spot. Space is limited so get your request in.
Please read everything over and fill the application completely and mail back to our office ASAP.
